La Coordinaci贸n del M谩ster, en colaboraci贸n con la Comisi贸n Acad茅mica del M谩ster y el profesorado realizar谩 reuniones de coordinaci贸n para favorecer la integraci贸n de conocimientos, evitar vac铆os o solapamientos entre los diferentes programas que conforman la titulaci贸n, realizar un seguimiento del aprendizaje del alumnado, poner de manifiesto los problemas que puedan surgir y buscar soluciones de manera conjunta con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y una docencia de calidad. Asimismo, se designar谩 un coordinador para cada una de las materias y por medio de las tutor铆as presenciales y virtuales se mantendr谩 una estrecha interacci贸n con el alumnado.

The aim of the University Master鈥檚 Degree on Business Administration is to provide students with and advanced training of specialized and multidisciplinary academic nature. Specifically, it pursues a double objective:
鈥 In the first place, to provide students with the most relevant managerial competencies, providing them with a global and integrated vision of the company's functional areas, both from a theoretical and applied perspective. And this in order to respond to an increasingly changing and globalized environment, that demands graduates with the capacity for the administration of flexible and innovative enterprises, as well as with the needed competencies for the development of a project of an entrepreneurial nature.
鈥 In the second place, to train researchers interested in the realization of a PhD in the field of Business Administration in a strict manner
- Possess and understand knowledge that provides a basis or opportunity for being original in the development and/or application of ideas 鈥攗sually in a research context.
- Students must know how to apply their acquired knowledge and their capacity of problem solving in new or uncommon surroundings. All of this, inside broader 鈥攐r multidisciplinary鈥 contexts associated with their study area.
- Students must be able to integrate knowledge and confront the complexity of making judgements from information which could be incomplete and limited. This information must include reflections about social and ethical responsibilities associated with the application of their study areas鈥 knowledge and judgements.

- Knowledge of the requisites that the measure scales of the constructs used in the research must fulfill.
- To design a a survey and data processing using various statistical programs.
- Knowledge of the fundamental databases for research in business administration, as well as the knowledge of impact journals in business management and the publication process.
- Knowledge of the structure that a research project must have in order to be published in an impact journal (JRC).

Mobility
Student mobility is regulated through the 鈥淩egulation of inter-university exchange.鈥 Exchange programs are managed through the International Relations Office, such as national exchange programs (SICUE) as well as Europeans (ERASMUS) and from outside the European Union (exchanges with Latin American countries or English-speaking countries):
In addition, the faculty counts on the colaboration of sveral professors that act as academic coordinators and whose function is to tutorize and help our own and host students in their academic decissions.
Internships
The optional subject 鈥業nternships in a Company鈥 must be taken by the students that want to get the Master's Degree for professional orientation. These are programmed in the second semester so that the students will possess the major part of the competencies developed in the obligatory subjects. The main aim is that students develop competencies through their immersion in a work environment representative of the future professional context.
The specific activities to be carried out will vary depending on the position and the organization (company or institution) in which the student carries out the internship, always linked with the established competencies. Each academic year a list of the companies and institutions with which collaboration agreements have been signed will be made public.
The Master鈥檚 Thesis will consist of the planification, elaboration, presentation and defense of an original project that demonstrates the acquired competences throughout the Master鈥檚 Degree. This project will include, at least, tasks of bibliographic search and review, reading and integration of information, elaboration of outlines, writing, presentation and defense of the final work. depending on the topic to be dealt with it may also include an empirical part or a case study.
For the planification and elaboration of the Master鈥檚 Thesis and its defense, the tutor will guide and advise the student about the documentary sources to be used, the format and the structure of the project, and, finally, about its posterior elaboration and presentation.
Teaching is provided by specialized 奇趣腾讯分分彩 professors. Given its focus towards the business world, it also relies on external collaborators, managers and company executives who deliver conferences and seminars.

Mobility
Student mobility is regulated through the 鈥淩egulation of inter-university exchange.鈥 Exchange programs are managed through the International Relations Office, such as national exchange programs (SICUE) as well as Europeans (ERASMUS) and from outside the European Union (exchanges with Latin American countries or English-speaking countries):
In addition, the faculty counts on the colaboration of sveral professors that act as academic coordinators and whose function is to tutorize and help our own and host students in their academic decissions.
Internships
The optional subject 鈥業nternships in a Company鈥 must be taken by the students that want to get the Master's Degree for professional orientation. These are programmed in the second semester so that the students will possess the major part of the competencies developed in the obligatory subjects. The main aim is that students develop competencies through their immersion in a work environment representative of the future professional context.
The specific activities to be carried out will vary depending on the position and the organization (company or institution) in which the student carries out the internship, always linked with the established competencies. Each academic year a list of the companies and institutions with which collaboration agreements have been signed will be made public.
The Master鈥檚 Thesis will consist of the planification, elaboration, presentation and defense of an original project that demonstrates the acquired competences throughout the Master鈥檚 Degree. This project will include, at least, tasks of bibliographic search and review, reading and integration of information, elaboration of outlines, writing, presentation and defense of the final work. depending on the topic to be dealt with it may also include an empirical part or a case study.
For the planification and elaboration of the Master鈥檚 Thesis and its defense, the tutor will guide and advise the student about the documentary sources to be used, the format and the structure of the project, and, finally, about its posterior elaboration and presentation.
Teaching is provided by specialized 奇趣腾讯分分彩 professors. Given its focus towards the business world, it also relies on external collaborators, managers and company executives who deliver conferences and seminars.
